Terms of business
Please read these terms and conditions of your policy documentation carefully as they contain important information about insurance products on offer.
Premiums
All premiums quoted are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), and commission where applicable. This insurance is non-transferable. No premium will be refunded, either in full or on a pro-rata basis, after the initial 14-day money back period.
Premium Refunds
If for any reason your travel insurance policy does not meet your requirements, you have the ability, within 14 days of purchase, to receive a full refund, providing that a reason to claim does not exist and you have not yet commenced travel.
Security and Privacy Policies
We will always endeavour to protect your information and provide you with a secure and efficient service. We adhere to guidelines and requirements of Lloyds of London, The Consumer Credit Act and the Data Protection Act.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only, and in a manner which does not infringe the Rights of, or restrict or inhibit use or enjoyment of the Service by any other persons. The Service must not be used:
- Fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence;
- To impersonate others which conceals identity.
Policy Document
You should read the insurance policy document carefully. It gives you full details of what is and is not covered and the conditions of the cover. Cover will vary from policy to policy and insurer to insurer.
Conditions, Exclusions and Warranties
Conditions and exclusions will apply to individual sections of your insurance policy, while general exclusions, conditions and warranties will apply to the whole of your insurance policy.
Duty of Disclosure
A contract of insurance requires you to disclose all relevant facts and to give full and true answers to all questions. If you fail to do so your insurance cover may not protect you in the event of a claim.
