Making a claim
In the unlikely event that you may need to claim you will need to notify us as soon as you return to the UK (unless in the event of a medical emergency). This notification must be in writing and be submitted along with the appropriate claims form for our consideration.

You must provide all ORIGINAL Documentation in support of your claim, photocopies will not be accepted and may lead to a delay in dealing with your claim.
On receipt of all relevant and supporting information we will send an acknowledgement letter which will contain your claims reference number. You will need to quote this on all correspondence or future contact.
